General Rental Agreement

Terms & Conditions / Reservation Agreement:

 

1. Service Agreement :  

 

Luxury Limousine agrees to provide the designated vehicle, a commercially licensed driver for that vehicle, at the time, date and location listed above.  

 

2. Passenger conduct agreement :

 

Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle. 

 

Passengers are not permitted to hang outside of the vehicle or stand through the sunroof. 

  

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their rated maximum seating capacity. 

 

Luxury Limousine is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

 

Any passenger consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years old. 

 

Kegs are not permitted inside the vehicle. ( Luxury Limousine does allow passengers to bring and drink alcohol in aluminum and glass containers )   

 

Vomiting inside the vehicle will result in a minimum charge of  three hundred dollars $300.00 .

 

Excessive clean up charges will be billed at minimum of two hundred dollars $200.00 . Excessive clean-up includes, but is not limited to, liquid spills, bodily fluids, or odors. 

 

Passengers are not permitted to decorate nor attach or affix anything to the interior or exterior of the vehicle without written permission from Luxury Limousine. 

 

Broken or missing glassware will be charged at $ 5 per item.   

   

The driver retains the right to terminate run without refund if there is any blatant indiscretion, passenger misconduct, smoking or illegal activity done by the passenger(s).

 

3. Cancellation policies :  

 

All deposits are exact and non-refundable.

 

All vehicles with a seating capacity over 4 passengers must be canceled 14 days prior to the run to avoid charges. Cancellations within 14 days of the run will be charged 100% of the reservation cost listed above ( including the fuel surcharge, std grat ). 

 

Vehicles with a seating capacity of 4 passengers or less for one-way airport transfers within the seven county Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area must be canceled 6 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid being charged 100% of the reservation cost listed above ( including the fuel surcharge, std grat ).

 

Cancellation Numbers : To avoid confusion or disputes we issue cancellation numbers via email.  If you need to cancel a reservation make sure you have received a cancellation email. We advise clients to retain their cancellation email for at least 48 hours past their original reservation date.  In the event of a cancellation dispute, clients must be able to present this email along with their cancellation number. 

 

4. Final Charges : 

  

The reservation cost listed above is an estimated amount only. Final charges are not determined until after the ride has been completed and Luxury Limousine's Accounting Department reviews the actual services provided including wait time, stops, parking, possible damages incurred, hourly vehicle(s) times, etc. 

 

Client assumes full responsibility for any and all non payments and agrees to pay for any collection expenses and or attorney fees associated with collection efforts.

5. Client Agreement :

 

I understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions of this Reservation Agreement.  I hereby authorize Total Transportation / Luxury Limousine  to debit my credit card
